Job Description:	nexiles is offering its customers a wide range of consulting services following our motto "simple access to complex information". Our customers are producing and delivering services in the Automobile, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipment, and Energy Industries. Based on a close relationship with our customers we identify and address challenges in existing processes related to industrial product development. To strengthen our profile and to expand our capabilities to deliver our services to our customers, we are looking for a Consultant working with CAD & PLM services related to the implementation, usage and customization of the PTC solutions Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill PDMLink. The vacant position offers interesting projects with customers in the previously mentioned fields. Projects are delivered mainly in Norway but include also activities in Germany and other countries (China, India, Brazil, and other EU countries). Our consulting services focus on professional delivery of: customized workshops process analysis development and presentation of suggested solution approaches high quality solutions We offer you a highly dynamic and innovative environment to work in. Due to the nature of our projects we are traveling to our customers to deliver our services. This includes both travel activities in Germany, the EU and also worldwide. Flexible conditions regarding working hours and presence in the office keep all that in balance and make it fun to work.
Preferred Skills:	For this position we are looking for you and if those skills match your profile, we are very interested in getting in touch with you: Experience in working with 3-D CAD systems (preferably PTC Pro/ENGINEER) and Product Data Management Software (ideally PTC Windchill PDMLink). Interest and passion for finding solutions to complex challenges Interest and ideally experience in working with software development (JAVA, HTML, Javascript, Python, PTC APIs) Very good presentation and communication skills Understanding of the mechanical design process and the typical product lifecycle (mechanical design) In general we are looking for people who feel themselves at home in the two main fields of Mechanical Engineering and IT. Language requirements: Fluent in german and ideally in english Ideally norwegian We are looking for experienced persons, as well as graduates matching the given skills requirements or interests. If you are working as a freelancer we can also offer some interesting concepts for a common cooperation.
