nexiles.controlpanel
The nexiles.controlpanel provides users with functionality to start almost any kind of application from within one central platform. Always with the right and consistent default settings - automatic updates and access to further information. The configured starters can be extended through APPs - e.g. access to a ticket system, document search and connecting to virtually everything that should be accessed from the web...
The nexiles.controlpanel assists users when working with e.g. Pro/ENGINEER with possibility to:
- change between various release versions as easy as switch channels on your TV
- set project default values and settings by picking from a simple to use menu
- make important system alerts visible to everyone
- show a RSS feed with the latest messages from the help-desk as reference
- make your Pro/ENGINEER environment independent from network disks and update automatically
- allow version- and release control of central configuration and application packages
- access your applications from wherever in the world provided access to the application management server (Windchill PDMLink) is given. No network drives are required!!!
- enable clientside logging for Pro/ENGINEER sessions
- simplify the process to open new tickets in case of arising problems together with relevant system information
- have a solution platform ready which will address all kinds of future challenges!
